I oversee business development and client relationship management at BEworks. I also help spread the word about behavioral economics and how understanding human decision-making is key to resolving business challenges.
Most of our clients are in retail, energy, and finance. We have been doing fantastic work with companies in those industries—not just in Canada, but worldwide.
I am proud that we have recently branched out into sectors that are new to us, such as healthcare.
What are you most excited about for kyu’s next five years?
I am excited about the possibility of BEworks helping kyu member companies complement their approaches to strategy, marketing, and communications. We have learned that using behavioral economics in these approaches can provide a differentiating advantage.
