In my role as CEO, I am responsible for creating a winning organization. To do so, I believe that winning organizations of the future will be small collections of committed groups of people.

Inside the studio, we have removed functional barriers and enabled different specialties to work in semi-permanent teams around specific customer opportunities. In this framework, I invest my time, energy, and attention in our people and our clients, and aim to unlock potential for both.

Why did you join kyu?

I returned to Hornall Anderson—after six years of building a user experience research and design firm—because of the opportunity to be a part of kyu. I saw an ethos, a purpose, a possibility, and a set of member companies that would allow me to learn and speed up my own growth. Further, I saw a platform for creativity that would enable Hornall Anderson to evolve.
