How can we nurture creativity from the inside out? In my role as head of RedPeak, I am always thinking about how to energize and inspire our diverse workforce.
In our roles as strategists and designers, we are engaged by clients for our ideas, our provocations, and our expertise in building brands. Only by feeding our minds with fresh thinking and new experiences can we challenge conventional thinking and deliver exceptional brand-building ideas. So, for me, nurturing a culture where exploration, individualism, and curiosity is a priority is job #1.
What are you most excited about for kyu’s next five years?
Building a creative company that can withstand the myriad challenges our industry faces today—and will face in the future—is what gets me out of bed in the morning. How can we use radical creativity and bold moves to inspire customers and transform businesses? And how can I, with over 25 years of experience, continue to learn and grow and make an impact on my clients and employees?
