In an era driven by innovation and entrepreneurship, we’ve yet to achieve truly entrepreneurial society due to a more competitive business environment as well as outdated management practices. What we need, argues Tim Brown in this HRB piece, is a shift in emphasis from operational competitiveness toward creative competitiveness — the capacity of organizations and society to create, embrace, and successfully execute on new ideas.
