As Chief Strategy Officer of kyu, I challenge my team and the financial leaders at each member firm to ask this question when we make investments, when we eliminate process bottlenecks, and when we establish best practices for how kyu operates. My role is to encourage the entrepreneurial spirit that exists at kyu and at each member firm, while articulating the boundaries within which our creativity flourishes.
