For more than 25 years, I’ve worked with companies, from early stage to Fortune 500, to build teams of dynamic leaders. But diversity in recruiting has not always been as central to the conversation as it should be, which drove me to start Rich Talent Group in 2014. At RTG, we’re driven by a core belief that diverse teams are stronger teams—when different perspectives come together, they achieve greater outcomes. This mission is what unites our passionate team, inspires our clients and candidates, and drives our success.

Since its inception, RTG has had a deep and abiding commitment to building more diverse and
inclusive teams—and we’ve always recognized that doing that well requires more than just a recruiting solution.
