Such changes aren’t complicated; they’re just hard. Leaders feel intense pressure to come up with instant solutions, so giving teams time and space to understand and solve problems can go against the grain. Watching clients learn to trust their teams, and embrace the humanity and humility of servant leadership is a particular joy.
