Hannah previously served as EVP, Global Head of People at Kepler. A trusted partner to senior executives, she connects organizational needs with data-driven people strategies, grows and elevates new leaders, and solves talent challenges through innovative thinking.
Hannah’s career spans more than two decades in digital, advertising and media, including senior talent leadership roles at TBWA\Chiat\Day, Elephant, and Huge, where she led agencies through rapid growth, acquisitions, and global expansion.
She holds an MBA from the University of Missouri, a BFA from the University of Kansas, and is a certified leadership coach through CTI.
