Vivianne Morin intuitively bridges creativity and strategy, bringing over two decades of leadership in media, production, and entertainment. As Chief Operating Officer at C2, she oversees the company’s operational direction and ensures that every creative initiative is backed by solid foundations. Her rare combination of financial acumen and creative sensibility allows her to translate ambitious visions into sustainable growth and innovative business models.
Prior to joining C2, Vivianne held executive roles at leading organizations such as O’Gleman Media, Groupe Entourage, Cavalia, gsmprjct and Cité-Amérique. She played a pivotal role in shaping their operational structures, financial strategy, and large-scale productions, contributing to landmark projects. Her work has consistently supported the development and expansion of influential media brands, both locally and internationally.
A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Vivianne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Université du Québec à Montréal and a management certificate from HEC Montréal in project management. She is recognized for her decisive leadership, collaborative spirit, and ability to align creativity with strategic excellence.
Deeply engaged in the creative community, Vivianne serves as a mentor at Zú, the incubator for creative entrepreneurs founded by Cirque du Soleil’s Guy Laliberté, where she supports the next generation of innovators in developing sustainable business models and strategic growth. She also contributed her expertise to Québec’s public health efforts as a member of the COVID-19 vaccination site evaluation steering committee — a reflection of her enduring commitment to purposeful and human-centered leadership.
