Josh brings to the role a perspective shaped by experiences in consulting, brand-side, and agency. He started his career in technology consulting at an entrepreneurial firm before moving to American Express, where he held a range of roles across marketing, strategy, and operations. At American Express, he became one of Kepler’s earliest clients before ultimately joining the firm. He spent 12 years at Kepler in roles including President, CEO, and Group COO. Most recently, he served as COO of kyu Pulse, the collective’s advertising-focused division, before stepping into his current role.
Joshua lives in New Jersey with his wife, daughter, and two bernedoodles. A longtime marathon runner, he is determined to keep going for as long as his body holds up.
