Becca Carroll’s career has spanned venture design and strategy in real estate to healthcare to fintech, and anchors in designing products and services that make systems work better for people.
In her decade-plus at IDEO, she has led consortiums on early-stage emerging technology research with Citibank, Fidelity, Nasdaq, BCBS, USAA, and other Fortune 500 organizations.
In 2020, she built Last Mile Money, an innovation portfolio focused on increasing uptake of digital financial services among unbanked people that reaches over 100M people, in partnership with the Gates Foundation. She has also previously held leadership roles in IDEO’s financial services and media and technology practices.
She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA with distinction from Bates College.
